Request process for BBR LABS applications
Some BBR LABS applications may not require an account. When an application does offer an account or stores data associated with you, you may request deletion using the steps below.
Use the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the application name plus the email address or identifier used in the application.
What to include
- The name of the BBR LABS application.
- The account email or relevant in-app identifier.
- A clear request to delete the account and associated data.
- Any information reasonably needed to verify that the request concerns your account.
What happens next
We will review the request, may ask for verification and will confirm when deletion is completed or explain if certain information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Processing time
Requests are normally processed within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
Data that may remain
Limited records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, security, prevention of abuse, payment records or enforcement of agreements. Any retained information will remain subject to appropriate safeguards.
